Global Performance Technical Consulting conducted an in-house training on HIRARC: An Industry Perspective on 16–17 December 2025 at the Training Room, Tower Block, Westport Malaysia Sdn Bhd. The programme aimed to strengthen workplace safety and improve compliance. It also equipped participants with practical skills to identify hazards, assess risks, and apply effective control measures in line with OSHA 1994.

During the training, participants engaged in interactive sessions and real industrial case studies. As a result, they gained hands-on experience in applying HIRARC in daily operations. In addition, the sessions encouraged active discussion and knowledge sharing among participants.

Overall, the training improved risk awareness and strengthened participants’ ability to use HIRARC tools effectively. Consequently, it supports a stronger safety culture, enhances operational efficiency, and ensures continuous compliance with safety regulations at Westports
