Global Performance Technical Consulting conducted an in-house technical training on Key Element, Audit Readiness & Risk Management (HIRARC) in ISO 9001:2015 with audit preparation team for audit readiness enhancement and Irshad safety team for detailed explanation on ISO and HIRARC connection. The training focused to assist participants identifying all clauses and key elements of ISO 9001:2015, PDCA concept in auditing readiness of ISO9001:2015, identify key elements of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Risk Control and apply practical tools such as Turtle & Fishbone diagram, RACI, Risk Matrix and Risk Register in ISO 9001:2015.
The training was conducted by Mr. Muhammad Farahi, a SIRIM lead auditor for ISO9001:2015 and an Occupational Safety & Health Coordinator (OSHC) for a full day. Participants actively and fully focused on the training as it is important for respective roles. Tips and questions from participants closed the training and dismissal were followed with light snacks.
