Industrial Perspective HIRARC with Westports

Transform Hazard to Control-HIRARC Global Performance Technical Consulting conducted an in-house training on HIRARC: An Industry Perspective on 16–17 December 2025 at the Training Room, Tower Block, Westport Malaysia Sdn Bhd. The programme aimed to strengthen workplace safety and improve compliance. It also equipped participants with practical skills to identify hazards, assess risks, and apply effective control measures in line with OSHA 1994. During the training, participants engaged in interactive sessions and real industrial case studies. As a result, they gained hands-on experience in applying HIRARC in daily operations. In addition, the sessions encouraged active discussion and knowledge sharing among participants. Overall, the training improved risk awareness and strengthened participants’ ability to use HIRARC tools effectively. Consequently, it supports a stronger safety culture, enhances operational efficiency, and ensures continuous compliance with safety regulations at Westports

ISO standard Risk-Based Thinking with MYXpats

The effective risk management tool-RBT This two days training were joined by 30 participants from various department among MYXpats staffs and managements. This technical training focus to guide participants recognizing Risk-Based Thinking in ISO standards, apply practical tools and implement tools in project management and processes. The training ended with assessment on application of practical tools in actual case study. This assessment acted as a mark to identify participants’ theory comprehension and practical ability. HIRARC @ UiTM Sungai Buloh

Fundamental of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control @ UiTM Sungai Buloh. Global Performance Technical Consulting was at Institute of Medical Molecular Biotechnology (IMMB) for Fundamental of Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control (HIRARC) training program on 3rd July 2025. Audience for the two hours training was among science officers and lab assistants from various departments. The session started with introduction from Puan Zaleha Afandi,CHRM as Deputy Science Officer, continued with training session from Mr. Farahi as our speaker and closed by Mr. Aiman with Kahoot session.
